2nd Suspect Arrested In Fatal Bridgeport Shooting: Police
Ansonia resident Troy Walker, 21, was killed last month in Bridgeport during what police said was a "robbery gone bad."

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the August 13 killing in Bridgeport of Ansonia resident Troy Walker, 21, according to Bridgeport police.
Wednesday night, members of the department's Gang Task Force arrested Bridgeport resident James Howard, 28, on a warrant that had been obtained by Bridgeport Police Det. Martin Heanue of the Homicide Unit.
Howard was charged with felony murder and first-degree robbery in connection with the shooting death of Walker, which occurred on Knowlton Street during what police said was a "robbery gone bad." Two other people were shot and wounded in the incident.

"This is the second arrest in this case, which remains open until the third perpetrator is apprehended," police said in a statement.
Previously arrested was 33-year-old Bridgeport resident Steven Hutchinson.

Howard is being held in lieu of bail of $2 million, and he is scheduled to be arraigned in court on Thursday.
