3 Busted In Connection With September 2023 Shooting In Bridgeport: PD
Bridgeport police said the three were involved in a shooting at the "In the City" lounge on Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Three men have been arrested by Bridgeport police in connection with a September 2023 shooting at the "In the City" lounge on Fairfield Avenue, according to authorities. All three suspects, and a fourth innocent bystander, suffered gunshot wounds in connection with the incident.
On Tuesday, Tyquwane Gilchrist turned himself in at Bridgeport Police Headquarters on an outstanding arrest warrant for charges related to the Sept. 10 shooting. He was charged with criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, and is being held in lieu of bail of $200,000. Gilchist was also shot in a separate incident in the 300 block of Orchard Street on April 27.
Micherlens Thelemaque (also known as Mike T), 28, was arrested on May 23 for his alleged involvement in the September 2023, assault at "In the City." Thelemaque was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of Peace. Both Thelemaque and a 23-year-old innocent female bystander were shot at "In the City," according to police.

Also last month, 24-year-old Rajonne Blake was arrested in connection with the assault at "In the City." Blake was charged with criminal attempt at second-degree assault. In a separate incident, Blake was also shot in November in the 1200 block of Park Avenue in Bridgeport.
