FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield resident is $30,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket he purchased locally, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Tuesday, Charles G. claimed a winning MEGA MILLIONS ticket he bought at the Cumberland Farms at 1101 Post Road.
The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.

To win $30,000, a player must match four numbers plus the Mega Ball, while playing with a Multiplier ticket.
