305-Unit Apartment Tower Proposed In Bridgeport: Report
If approved and built, the building would reportedly be the tallest in the city.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Meriden developer is proposing to construct a 305-unit apartment building in Bridgeport, which at 22 stories, would be the tallest structure in the city, the Connecticut Post reported.
Jonathan Gonzalez and a group of unnamed partners are reportedly proposing to build the apartment tower on property at 110-118 Congress St. in downtown Bridgeport.
The developer has reportedly paid the nearly $40,000 in application fees to get the review process started, but still needs to acquire the Congress Street properties.
