$60,000 & $20,000 Winning Lottery Tickets Sold In Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Winning lottery tickets worth $60,000 and $20,000, both of which were purchased in Bridgeport, were claimed this week, the Connecticut Lottery announced.

On Tuesday, a winning KENO ticket, worth $60,000, was claimed by an unnamed Stratford resident. The ticket had been bought at Daybreak Donuts on Madison Avenue.

Also on Tuesday, a winning 20X Cash 10th Edition, worth $20,000, was claimed by an unnamed Bridgeport resident. That ticket was bought at Pam's Variety Store, also on Madison Avenue.

The Connecticut Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent, in accordance with Sec. 3(d) of Public Act 25-112, according to officials.

KENO, which has wagers of $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per game, has various odds and jackpots up to $1 million.

As for 20X Cash 10th Edition, the game costs $20 per ticket, and began in May. The game has a top prize of $20,000, and as of Wednesday, 125 top prizes remained unclaimed.

More than 2.8 million 20X Cash game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 4.08.
