Alumni Performance Festival at HCC

Housatonic Community College Performance Festival features Theater Arts alumni who have successful careers in TV, film, theater & music.

The Theater Arts program at Housatonic Community College is hosting an Alumni Performance Festival from November 5 through 15 in the Lafayette Hall Performing Arts Center.

The Festival includes performances by HCC Theater alumni who have gone on to successful careers in television, film, theater and the music industry along with workshops for HCC students. The Festival schedule is as follows:

November 5 at 2:00 pm - Joel Roman ('00) in an original one-man show, The Character Actor, and the premier of his documentary film, I Am Hollywood.

November 6 at 12:30 pm - Joanna "Rain" Raphael ('11), singer, actor and author will speak about her new book, I Never Did Like Pink.

November 8 & 9 at 7:00 p.m. - Juan Ayala ('16) in Broadway Takeover: An evening of Broadway Songs.

November 14 at 2:00 pm - Kevin Green ('10) & Jovan Davis ('10) founders of Black Revolutionary Theater Workshop present a workshop for HCC students on Creating Your Theater: Telling Your Stories.

November 14 at 7:00 pm - Black Revolutionary Theater Workshop presents and Original Theater Performance.

November 15 at 7:00 pm - Tammie V. Smith ('13) presents and original musical theater performance of Grandma's Alley.
