BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man was injured early Tuesday when he was stabbed in the chest during an incident at Bass Pro Shops in Bridgeport, according to police.
The victim is being treated at a local hospital for injuries that are not considered to be a threat to his life, said Shawnna White, the city's public information officer.
Details of the 6:45 a.m. stabbing were not immediately available, but a suspect has been taken into custody in connection with the incident, White said.
