Arrested Bridgeport Cop Placed On Paid Leave: Report
Officer Wally Franco was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct last week in Monroe.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport Police Officer Wally Franco, who was arrested last week in Monroe, was placed on paid administrative leave a day after the arrest, reported the Connecticut Post.
Franco, 34, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct on July 13. Details were not available, other than that the incident reportedly involved someone he knows.
The officer is free on a $500 bond, and a protective order has been filed against him by the complainant, according to the publication.
