Bakery Among 207 New Businesses Registered In Bridgeport In August

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport logged 207 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Residential landlords led the way with 18 filings, followed by home remodelers and builders and cleaning and building-services businesses.

Komfort-N-Soul was one of the more distinctive filings — a bakery — joined by 203 Bakery, a mobile food business and Campohermoso, a full-service restaurant. All but seven organized as limited liability companies; the exceptions were three professional LLCs and four corporations.

Filing with the state and opening for business are separate steps, so some of these companies may not be serving customers yet. The full list, with addresses and business categories, is below.
