Bridgeport Firefighters Rescue People Stuck In Elevator
Emergency crews responded to the call when people were stuck in an apartment building elevator.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport firefighters responded to a call at Greens Apartments for a report of people stuck inside an elevator. The call was increased to a rope rescue involving multiple people.
Some of those rescued experienced breathing issues and were treated by American Medical Response.
At 1910hrs BFD responded to Greens Apartments for a preliminary report of a elevator rescue (parties stuck inside). This call was increased into a rope rescue where multiple parties were rescued.
