BRIDGEPORT, CT — The Greene Homes Apartment Complex has taken another step toward closure, News 12 reported. Mayor Joe Ganim announced that the Bridgeport Housing Authority has approved an emergency application to have the facility shut down.

Green Homes has seen high levels of violent crime along with faulty elevators and severe plumbing issues.
