Bridgeport Man Asleep Behind the Wheel Charged with DUI: Orange Police
The car was running when police found the man, police said.

ORANGE, CT — A man fast asleep behind the wheel of a car has been charged with DUI, police said.
Orange police said officers conducting routine patrol observed a vehicle stationary on Marsh Hill Road recently with the driver asleep and the car running.
Officers woke the driver, Gabriel Mazo, 26, of Vine Street in Bridgeport, who put the car in ‘park,’ and had the driver perform standardized roadside sobriety tests, police said.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with DUI.
He was released after posting a $50 bond.
