Bridgeport Man Charged With Murder: Report

A Bridgeport man was arrested in connection with a fatal shooting.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man wanted for homicide surrendered to police Monday, according to The Connecticut Post. Miguel Rojas, 28, of Hallett Street, was charged with murder, use of a firearm in furtherance of a felony, carrying a pistol without a permit, and risk of injury to a child.

He was held on $1 million bond.

Rojas is accused in the fatal shooting of Jalen Parilla, 37, of Stratford. Parilla was the boyfriend of the mother of Rojas' children.
