Bridgeport Man Charged with Selling Heroin in Stratford
Stratford Police arrested the suspect following a three-month investigation.

Stratford, CT — Police concluded a three-month investigation with the arrest of a man they say is a major heroin dealer in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports Victor Arce, 50, of William Street in Bridgeport, was arrested at his home on Monday by Stratford Police and members of the Bridgeport Police Department’s Tactical Narcotics Team.
Police received information in March that Arce was selling heroin at several locations around town and they arranged to make three undercover purchases, according to the Post.
