Bridgeport Man Sold Drugs In Milford, Surrounding Towns: Police
The investigation began almost one year and an arrest was announced this week.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of selling drugs within Milford and surrounding towns, police said. On July 9, police took custody of Richard Smith, 31, of East Main Street in regard to three active arrest warrants, police said.
During August 2017, the Police Department's Tactical Unit as well as the Bridgeport DEA Office began an investigation into Smith, who is accused of selling narcotics within Milford and neighboring towns, police said.
Multiple arrest warrants have been issued for Smith and he is charged with three counts of sale of narcotics, conspiracy to commit sale of narcotics, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
