Bridgeport Police Say Son, 29, Stabbed His Mother Multiple Times: Report
The incident occurred early Thursday on Carroll Avenue.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 29-year-old man son was apprehended by police early Thursday after he allegedly stabbed his mother multiple times, leaving her Carroll Avenue home covered in blood, reports the Connecticut Post.
The woman was being treated in Bridgeport Hospital for multiple lacerations. Her condition was not immediately known, but she reportedly unresponsive when emergency personnel arrived by about 6:30 a.m.
The suspect, whose identity has not yet been released, fled the scene after the incident and was apprehended about two hours later.
