BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport resident won $250,000 playing the CT Lottery. Chhumnith Houry won playing the $250,000 Cashword 9 game, a scratch-off ticket.
Houry purchased the lucky ticket Wednesday at the Woods Mart in Bridgeport.
More than 2.6 million of the $250,000 Cashword 9 tickets have been sold. Houry won the highest possible prize on the ticket.
