Bridgeport Resident Wins $50,000 With CT Scratch-Off Ticket
The lucky ticket was also sold in Bridgeport, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Bridgeport resident is $50,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket he purchased in the city, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Wednesday, Antonino P. claimed a winning Strike It Rich! ticket he bought at Grocery Village on Brooklawn Avenue.
The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.

The game, which costs $20 per ticket, began in December 2022, and as of Thursday, one grand prize of $1 million remained unclaimed. Two second-place prizes of $100,000 were still unclaimed, and one third-place prize of $50,000 had yet to be cashed in.
More than 1.5 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.00.
