Bridgeport Woman Who Drove Wrong Way on a One Way Street Charged with DUI: Milford Police

Police said she was driving the wrong way on a one way street in downtown Milford.

MILFORD, CT — Police said a woman was under the influence of alcohol when she was found driving on a one-way street in downtown Milford.

Police said on Sept. 17 officers stopped a vehicle for traveling the wrong way on the one way section of New Haven Avenue near River Street.

Investigation led to the arrest of Jena Fracassini, 22, of Jewett Avenue in Bridgeport, who is accused of driving her vehicle under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Fracassini allegedly refused to provide a breath sample when given the opportunity, police said.

She is charged with DUI and driving the wrong way on a one way.

She was given a $500 bond.
