Bridgeport's Cherry Street Lofts Development In Limbo: Report
The project calls for the creation of residential and commercial units to be built at the abandoned site.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Four abandoned buildings that are part of the stalled Cherry Street Lofts project in Bridgeport could be demolished in the future, but the developer is trying to get the effort back on track, the Connecticut Post reported.
More than 150 residential units have already been built at the site, but developer Gary Flocco is currently tied up in litigation, which has reportedly stalled the project.
Bridgeport is considering razing some of the buildings, which have been condemned, but the $10 million price tag for the demolition has not yet been approved.
