Burglary Suspect Sought By Bridgeport Police

Police said the suspect broke into a Frenchtown Road home on Friday night.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport police are looking for a suspect who broke into a Frenchtown Road home between 8:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday.

The burglary occurred in the 100 block of Frenchtown Road, and the department has released surveillance photos of the suspect. See above.

Police did not disclose what items, if any, were stolen.

"The suspect is described as a thin male with what appears to be tattoos on both calves," wrote Bridgeport Police Capt. Kevin Gilleran in a statement. " The suspect was wearing a baseball style hat with the word 'Columbia' written inside an emblem on the front side of the cap. The suspect also had what appeared to be the number '93' written in block type letters on the back of his shirt."
