I wanted to make sure you're aware of a milestone event happening in Bridgeport tonight!
For the first time, CT Tech Week — Connecticut's premier technology and innovation gathering — is coming to Bridgeport. Mayor Joseph P. Ganim will officially proclaim June 2, 2026, as "CT Tech Week Bridgeport Day" during a public event at the Bijou Theatre in downtown Bridgeport.
The event, Women Shaping the Future of Innovation, was created by entrepreneur and author Ayo Haynes, MBA, who worked to bring CT Tech Week to Connecticut's largest city after years of programming centered in Fairfield County's wealthier communities.
The evening will feature a panel of leaders in aerospace, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, and biotech, including:

• Dr. Aparna "Amy" Divaraniya, Founder & CEO of Oova
• Valeria Bisceglia, Cybersecurity Expert & AI Business Advisor
