Founded in 1859, Jadot has spent over a century and a half mastering the expression of Burgundy’s unique terroir, producing world-renowned Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays that range from vibrant regional expressions to majestic Grand Crus.
For this unforgettable autumn evening, Executive Chef Christophe Santos has meticulously crafted a multi-course menu designed to complement the delicate structure, minerality, and complexity of these old-world vintages.
