The 18th Annual Bridgeport Art Trail returns from November 5 to November 8, 2026, transforming Park City into a vibrant, city-wide celebration of local culture and creativity. Organized by the non-profit City Lights & Company, this highly anticipated four-day weekend features an expansive lineup of open studios, art parties, live music, film screenings, and spoken word performances. Under this year's thought-provoking theme, "POV: It’s About Time," attendees are invited to explore the intersection of diverse perspectives and the fleeting nature of time. The event bridges the community by welcoming thousands of visitors to mingle directly with creators and discover the thriving cultural landscape of the CT-NY region.
The celebration kicks off with energetic downtown nightlife events on Thursday the 5th at the Housatonic Museum of Art, Read's Artspace, City Lights Gallery, URSA Gallery, and more. Friday night features a full lineup of music at the Bijou Theatre, Park City Music Hall, and Berlinetta Brewing, including a vinyl listening room during two opening receptions at the Bridgeport Arts and Cultural Council.
During the daytime on Saturday and Sunday, hit the Open Studios through iconic, repurposed industrial buildings—including the American Fabrics Arts Building, Metro Art Studios, the Knowlton, MNTD Studios, and the NEST Arts Factory. Offering a rare glimpse into the spaces where local masterpieces are made, the event serves as an opportunity to support the local creative economy and purchase art directly from the source. Saturday night, catch a showcase of American composers by the Greater Bridgeport Symphony at the University of Bridgeport while enjoying new works by local artists in the Schelfhaudt Gallery across the hall.
And on Sunday afternoon, wrap up the festivities at the official Bridgeport Art Trail closing party at Foolproof Brewery. The celebration will bring together the local arts community and organizers for an evening marking the conclusion of another successful year of the Art Trail. The event will feature the Art is Good Vintage Market, offering attendees a curated selection of vintage and artisan goods, alongside live music. Foolproof will be open serving food and drinks throughout the event.
