WILL someone tell me why having a COLUMBUS STATUE at SEASIDE PARK imposes a severe problem?FOR years ITALIANS paid homage to COLUMBUS.NOW us ITALIANS need to speak up about this forceful discrimination against us.FIRST of all 1492 was a long time ago.What does it matter to us as AMERICANS today?Do these people realize that statue was part of our heritage and culture.WHO authorized this removal?COME on BRIDGEPORT speak up on COLUMBUS.What he did ages ago has no bearing what so ever on our society today am I right?YOU bet I am.MY GOD someone makes demands and we bow to their wants.I personaly think its'wrong to remove the statue.THE statue symbolizes ITALIANS and now we are getting discriminating against.WHATS' next on the radicals 'groups agenda?PERHAPS more of our rights will be violated??
