CT Law Firm Helps Kids Shine on the Court

Connecticut Attorney Jonathan Perkins is respected for his command of the courtroom. Now his firm is helping local kids become kings of the court by sponsoring a youth basketball team.

Perkins’ accident and injury law firm stepped up at the request of Vivian Vidal, Case Manager at the Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers office in Bridgeport. Her son, Jeremiah Hall, age 10, has been playing organized basketball for three years. He has just joined Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders, a Co-Ed sports program which serves youngsters from ages 5-18. It fosters an environment of responsibility, respect, teamwork and integrity on and off the court.

“I’ve personally observed my son improve both athletically and mentally during the few weeks that he’s been with the program,” said Vidal. “I am very grateful that the firm is giving all of the players this wonderful opportunity.”

Jonathan Perkins is backing team Santurce, which is currently undefeated! The team for children in grades 6-8 plays every Saturday. Most games take place at the McGivney Community Center in Bridgeport.

“Any time we can support an organization in one of the many communities that we serve, it’s a slam dunk as far as we’re concerned,” said Attorney Perkins. “We look forward to following the team’s progress throughout the season.”
