East End Day Family Reunion Set For This Weekend In Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport residents are invited to attend the East End Day Family Reunion on Saturday, Sept. 5, at Newfield Park.

The event begins at noon and will feature music, food, vendors and family activities. Free back-to-school backpacks will also be available for students.

Organizers said the event is intended to bring together residents, families, friends and neighbors from across Bridgeport while recognizing the families, residents, organizations and community leaders of the East End.

The event will continue beyond its noon start time, though an ending time was not provided.
