After watching ''TOMB OF LIGEIA''I now truly understand why POE was the master at HORROR indeed like no other author.Vincent Price was in the lead role and as always took his role to its' limit.The movie keeps your interest from the opening scene to the very last one.DO not miss this film for it will take your thoughts deep into the story-line like no other ever did.ROBERT TOWNE who wrote the screen play certainly brought to life the characters and story as told by the master POE.POE seemed to have a fascination with death especially in this spine tingling drama.A great cast,a great movie,not one to be missed if you like being scared this one is for you.The last fifteen minutes of the film put you on the edge of your seat and for those last amount of minutes you escape reality and join POE in his magical world of HORROR.Again this indeed was one of POES' best.
