There is so much to say about ERNEST BORGNINE.HE was born JANUARY 24TH,1917 DIED at age 95.HE was born in HAMDEN CT.PASSED away JULY 8,2012.Place of death was in L/A.MR.BORGNINE was a well known tv actor.Everyone recalls MC HALES'NAVY I'M sure.HE started his career in the NAVY in 1935.After 6 decades,and 100 films and 30 tv series he was duly famous.AT age 92 he was nominated for his role on ER.HE appeared on BROADWAY in the play ''HARVEY''.HE played in other roles on stage as well.IN 1951 his career changed from a stage actor to a tv actor .HE moved to L/A.HERE he had gotten several roles.Everyone knows him as QUINTON MCHALE ON MC HALES NAVY.This series ran from 1962-1966.HE played in the epic film ''FROM HERE TO ETERNITY'ALSO played in ''MARTY''IN 1955.ALL in all he had a marvelous career.
