Fall '17 Stabbing Outside Of Bridgeport Restaurant Probed: Report

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A suspect has been arrested in connection with a Nov. 4 stabbing in front of the La Sabrosura restaurant on East Main Street in Bridgeport, reports the Connecticut Post.

Arrested on a warrant on Tuesday was 30-year-old Robert Perez-Lopez, of Stratford Avenue in Bridgeport, on a charge of first-degree assault. His attorney, Michael Riley, told the publication that Perez-Lopez denies the allegation.

The victim in the incident was treated at a local hospital for a single stab wound to the back.
