Finalists Name For Bridgeport Police Chief
The finalists include two internal candidates and one nearby external candidate.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Mayor Joe Ganim announced that current Acting Chief Armando Perez, New Haven Assistant Chief Luiz Casanova and Bridgeport Capt. Roderick Porter are the finalists for the top cop job in the city.
Ganim may make his decision within the next few weeks, but he has until December to choose, according to the Connecticut Post.
The next chief will get a five-year contract.
