An investor has some plans for the iconic building that housed the Connecticut Post newspaper for many years.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — The former Connecticut Post building on State Street sold for $1.15 million. The property has more than 57,000 square feet of space across four stories. It was built in 1928 and has a .64 acre attached parking garage.
A New York City investor bought the property, according to Angel Commercial LLC.
“The plan is to remodel the building and offer it for lease," said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial.
