BRIDGEPORT, CT — The vacant, former Winners Shoreline Star site on Kossuth Street in Bridgeport could become a new redevelopment project, reported the Connecticut Post.
The Christoph father-son developers of Bridgeport's Steelpointe project are eying the Shoreline Star property as a possible future housing, retail or entertainment site.
The off-track betting operation closed in 2021.
