Handguns, Heroin Seized And Suspects Arrested In Bridgeport: PD
The incident occurred Sunday on Silliman Place.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Two suspects were arrested, and four illegal handguns and heroin were seized, Sunday after a shooting incident in Bridgeport, reports the Connecticut Post. No injuries were reported.
Arrested were Bridgeport residents Nazjeir Diaz and Khyren Best, both 19 years old, as they drove away from Elements Café on Silliman Place, where the shots were fired. In addition to the four handguns, police also confiscated 12 packets of heroin ready to be sold.
Bridgeport police had been watching the restaurant on a report of possible gang activity Sunday, and officers were quickly able to converge on the restaurant and surrounding area when the shots were fired, according to the publication.
