''THE HAUNTED PALACE'' BY EDGAR ALLAN POE again is another masterpiece by the late ,great POE.Again this movie based on POES' story takes the viewer again away from reality into a deep chamber of horror where reality no longer exists.Starring VINCENT PRICE in the lead role who no doubt carries the film with his facial expressions and his perfectionist ways to pronounce his lines.From the opening scene until the very last scene this film captures your imagination on fright like no other.POE no doubt was a genius at keeping your interest with his written works.The story is tragic in a sense and part of it a love story but the hidden agenda in the lines is a horror story of great magnitude.IF you read POES' works at all explore the films based on his novels etc.you will get a better understanding of POE I believe .
