Headless Chickens Found In Bridgeport Courthouse: Report

The gristly discovery was made on Wednesday morning.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A pair of decapitated chickens, covered in silver, gold and green glitter, were discovered under a bench Wednesday morning inside the arraignment court room at Bridgeport Superior Court, reports the Connecticut Post.

The gristly discovery was made by judicial marshals and maintenance staff who were sniffing around for the cause of a foul smell that was wafting through the courtroom.

Decapitated chickens have been left outside of Bridgeport court in the past, according to the publication, but never inside. The incident is under investigation.
