IDs Of 2 People Fatally Shot Released By Bridgeport Police
The two were killed in a Saturday night shooting on Bridgeport's East End.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport police have released the names of the two local residents who were shot and killed Saturday night near Stratford Avenue and Logan Street in the city's East End neighborhood.
The victims were 30-year-old Richard Davis and 32-year-old Tayvon Geter.
"The Bridgeport Police Department offers our heartfelt condolences to the Geter and Davis families," said Capt. Kevin Gilleran in a statement.

Saturday's shooting occurred at about 11:15 p.m., and two other Bridgeport residents, a 34-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man, were hospitalized with gunshot wounds from the incident. They were listed in stable condition over the weekend.
