Man Arrested On Reckless Driving Charge On I-95 In Bridgeport: CT State Police
The incident occurred southbound early Thursday morning, according to authorities.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 54-year-old Stratford man was arrested by Connecticut State Police on Thursday, after troopers said he drove recklessly on I-95 southbound in Bridgeport.
Robert Delorenzo was pulled over at about 6:20 a.m. after troopers said he was speeding down the left shoulder in a GMC Acadia near exit 24.
His actions occurred during stop and go traffic, according to authorities.

Delorenzo was taken into custody and was charged with the following:
- Reckless driving
- Operating an unregistered motor vehicle
- Failure to stop on right side of road
He was released after posting bond on bail of $1,000, and is scheduled to appear in Bridgeport Superior Court on Oct. 20.
