Man Charged In Robbery-Turned-Killing: Bridgeport Police
The man and an accomplice fatally shot a person in the process of trying to rob him, according to Bridgeport police.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A Waterbury man was arrested Thursday and faces charges in connection with a robbery-turned-killing last year, according to police.
Jacque Richard, 26, of the 2400 block of North Main Street, is charged with murder, first-degree robbery, criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit and use of a firearm in an A, B or C felony, police said. Richard is being held on a $2.5 million bond, according to police.
Richard and an accomplice fatally shot Michael Harrigan in the process of trying to rob him while he sat in his car in the early morning hours of Dec. 12 on Black Rock Avenue, police said.
