Man Fired Gun At Thief Who Stole His Car: Report
A man was charged after he fired a gun at a thief who stole his car Wednesday morning.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police said a man has been detained after he shot at a thief who drove off in his car Wednesday morning, The Connecticut Post reported. At around 8:30 a.m., the thief got into the car, which running near Truman Street and Madison Avenue.
The vehicle's owner then shot shot at the suspect, who drove off on Madison Avenue.
No one was injured. The car was later recovered, and the man who fired the gun has been detained, according to The Connecticut Post.
