Man Suffers Thigh Wound In Bridgeport Shooting: Police
The shooting occurred Monday afternoon on East Main Street, according to authorities.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man was hospitalized Monday after he was shot in the thigh in the 2200 block of East Main Street in Bridgeport, according to police.
The shooting occurred at about 2:15 p.m., and the wound is not considered to be a threat to the victim's life.
Police were called to the scene Monday on a report of an aggravated assault with a firearm, and upon arrival, officers found the victim with the gunshot wound.
