The laundromat has agreed to pay the settlement after the man fell on site in 2012.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A man who suffered a shoulder fracture and head injuries during a fall at a laundromat in Black Rock has been awarded a $400,000 settlement, reports the Connecticut Post.

Black Rock Laundromat and Dry Cleaners agreed to pay the settlement to Travis Kollock, who fell at the laundromat in 2012. Kollock was a minor at the time.

The lawsuit filed in 2014 says that Kollock "without warning slipped on a liquid substance," according to the Post.
