Mom Killed By Bullet Fired Through Window: Bridgeport PD
A woman was struck by a bullet while her children were home. She was later pronounced dead.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A 37-year-old mother was killed after bullets flew through a second-story window on William Street Tuesday night, according to police.
There was a dispute outside of the home and police are investigating whether the woman, identified by family members as Sujata Lee Edwards was the intended target or an accidental victim, according to the Connecticut Post.
At least two teenage children were home at the time.

Police began CPR on the woman and assisted paramedics. She was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Bridgeport Hospital, according to NBC Connecticut.
