No Headlights Leads To DUI Charge For Bridgeport Man: Milford PD

Police stopped the vehicle on I-95.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is accused of driving while under the influence in Milford on Interstate 95, police said. On May 3, police stopped a vehicle on I-95 between exits 36 and 37 for driving without the headlights, police said.

Investigation led to the arrest of Andy Clervil, 25, of Salem Street, who is accused of driving his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, police said. He provided a breath sample, which showed him to have an elevated blood alcohol content, police said.

He is charged with DUI and failure to have lights illuminated.
