Luz Awilda Burgos returned to the loving arms of the Lord on Saturday, December 10, 2022. She was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut to the late Amparo Arbelo and Carmen Pallens and was predeceased by her brother Miguel and her devoted husband, Felix Burgos.

She is survived by her children Judie, Dianna and her husband Nathan, Reuben and his wife Lori, Luis and his wife Yesenia, her grandchildren Alexis, Kyle, Savannah, Aria, Rylee, Myla, Connor, Ella, Emmi and Gracie, her siblings Luis, Jose, Felix, Norberto, Peter, Gerald, Teresa, Mary, Carmen, Rosa and Ana and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 17th at 1030 AM in Cathedral of Faith 2319 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, with interment to follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
