Why do we constantly talk about gun control with no positive outcome?I have a suggestion that no leaders have thought about.WE should bring in the NATIONAL GUARD to help patrol our streets especially in the evening hours.WE can focus on the troubled areas making law enforcement visible.Perhaps a few raids in certain spots can pull off guns from spots of activity making an impression on those violators that we mean business.Confiscate the guns/destroy the guns/enforce stronger sentencing for violators.Lets'take back our streets for this is our city.Maybe one day we will look back at a safer community because we took the initiative to lay the laws down.IT IS better to live in a safer environment.After all guns take innocent lives as well so lets'get tough show we will not tolerate any gun violations ever again.Getting aggressive will make a difference.
