Teachers Needed At Bridgeport Public Schools

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport Public Schools has dozens of available teaching jobs as the district prepares for the upcoming school year, according to officials.

"As we prepare for the upcoming school year, Bridgeport Public Schools is actively recruiting passionate educators to join our team," officials wrote in a statement. "We are hosting Open Teacher Interviews every Thursday through August 13 and are reaching out to our valued community partners for your support."

Math, physical education, special education, art, and social studies teaching positions are among the openings. Also coaching posts, English language arts, and science teacher positions are available.

Certified teachers, DSAP candidates, and educators awaiting certification are among those eligible to apply.
