Toys Stolen From 'Santa's Last Stop' In Bridgeport

Toys were stolen that were intended to go to local families in a community center break-in.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Police are investigating after a break-in at the East End Community Center early Wednesday morning almost derailed Christmas for many families, The Connecticut Post reported. Around $1500-2000 worth of toys were stolen from the center when someone smashed a window in the overnight hours.

The center was preparing for Santa's Last Stop, an annual toy giveaway for families that has gone on for over a decade.
