Vehicle Crashes Into House In Bridgeport: City Official

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A vehicle crashed into a house in the 1000 block of North Avenue in Bridgeport Monday night, according to authorities.

"One operator was involved with no serious injuries reported," said Tiadora Josef, Bridgeport's Director of Public Information, in a statement.

The crash occurred at about 9:45 p.m., and in addition to police, the Bridgeport Fire Department was also called to the scene to investigate.

Additional details about the crash were not immediately available.
