Victim Identified in Christmas Eve Killing in Bridgeport: Report
The 27-year-old man was shot and killed on North Avenue, according to police.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Miguel "Miguelito" Rivera, a 27-year-old Bridgeport resident, has been identified by police as the man who was shot and killed in Bridgeport on Christmas Eve on North Avenue.
Rivera was near the Popeye's restaurant and Auto Zone store at about 12:30 a.m. when he was shot and died at the scene, reports the Connecticut Post.
The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact Bridgeport Police at 203-576-TIPS (8477).
